Complete Speed Training

im training for soccer and need to increase my speed and agility soon how may i do this?


speed: start off with 2min. of jogging then do a sprint for 30 seconds. repeat 7-8 times.

agility: play keep away.. get 4 teammates to form a circle, you in the middle.

    Do a lot of jogging, refrain from lying down for long periods of time. Whenever you can move the football around with your feet anywhere you can. And try mastering elementary skills with the ball in your feet. Like trying to keep it in the air. You will soon do really good

    run a mile in your spare time. it would also help to work out your legs so go to the gym. the new muscles will not only give you strength wile running but give you more power in your kick

    My coach set up 3 cones up about 20ft part and he made us run to the 2nd cone to the 1st then 3rd to 1st. Jog/run 2 miles that helped me.
