How can i increase my Running Speed and Agility for Football?
I'm playing Semi Pro Football Next Year and i'm looking to take advantage and train right now. I'm going out for Linebacker which is a position i played in High School and College Ball. I'm looking to increase my Running Speed and Agility. Does anyone know of any workout regimens i can utalize?

What is the best training methods or exercises to improve your speed and agility?

all i can say is hard work and train like crazy increase your stamina as well …(this probably does not help)

If you don't have some, you could buy some ankle weights. They make running harder, so you can get faster. They don't cost too much either, depending on the brand. Around here, they cost $5-$20.
