		<description>treadmills, its wut i do, and do it for at least 30min at a speed u think is tuff, but not too tuff cuz ur gonna be on it for half an hour, so make it decent. This is for speed and stamina off the ball, but to be quick with the ball u gottta be a good dribbler and its really important for u to change directions quickly. So get some chairs line it up have a friend time u and go thru each chair using any crossover and then finish with a layup just for extra practice.
